Within the bounds of the last XI International Scientific-practical conference "Roerich Heritage" in St. Petersburg on October, 8-10, the presentation of the book named "The Wanderer of the Roerich State" was held

The conference was dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of Helena Petrovna Blavatskaya, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Natalia Dmitrievna Spirina and the 100th anniversary of Pavel Fedorovich Belikov - a writer, scientist, archivist, librarian, social worker - the presented collection "The Wanderer of the Roerich State" tells us about P.F. Belikov’s life(compiled by A.N. Annenkov. - Abakan: Khakass book publishers, 2011. – 278 pages, illustrations. ISBN 978 - 5 - 7091 - 0499 - 0).

A Сandidate in Culturology , deputy director in science of the St. Petersburg State Museum-institute of the Roerichs, Vladimir Leonidovich Melnikov presented the book at the conference. Galina Kirillovna Belikova, granddaughter of P.F. Belikov, attended the presentation.

" Life of Pavel Belikov, - told in the publishing annotation - reminds of the names of devotees - Jacob Boehme, Timofey Bondarev, Nikolay Fedorov, Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, and other thinkers, whose modest place on the social ladder only accentuates the richness of their spiritual and social feat.
